  If I could rate this dealership as a 0 that would not be low enough. My family is traveling from Ontario and in NS we experienced 2 lights come on, one of which is the power steering in our 2017 Nissan Rogue that was checked last week. We tried to have it looked at and were told they are too busy at 9am because they are booked up. Instead, they would rather we travel 1700km back to Toronto with no power steering. Absolutely Disgusting. Terrible terrible lack of service.

  Terrible experience buying a car at Truro Nissan. Initially everything went smoothly and the sales person was friendly, but the invoicing was vague. When I questioned some pricing, I was given new pricing. Ultimately, even after I purchased the vehicle, I had concerns about the final billing and complained. I was told that I was right, I had paid $600 more than had been agreed and so they agreed to refund me. However, a day later they called back and said they decided to only refund me $300. It seemed impossible to get straight answers. I was also told when buying the vehicle that the maintenance package included in the purchase of the vehicle would include all aspects of the required scheduled maintenance, but only after I took it in for the first service was I told it only included oil changes. An oil change is not a "maintenance package", it's an oil change. Therefore, I have to pay for all other factory scheduled maintenance. I addressed this with the general manager who told me that he did not believe I was told this, because he hears everything his sales people say. Again, terrible experience, unhelpful and rude manager, misleading salesperson.

  Such great service, the people there are always great to deal with. I've never had any issues with dealing with any department. it's a big mistake if you don't go see them for your next purchase
